I am very impressed with Precision Door and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The rep that answered my call was great - she was polite, professional and could give me a rough cost estimate. The service tech was outstanding - he was on time, friendly and professional. After he inspected and diagnosed the problem, he explained why it happened and the repair needed, and got to it quickly and left no mess. I called a couple of small, local repair companies first, but one wouldn't give any rough estimate and the other gave an estimate twice (yes, 2x) as high as the Precision Door cost. This was a great service experience.
