Joe came the same morning and my door was fixed in a timely and knowledgeable manner. He kindly answered all my questions and explained what was needed. Very relieved. We were in need of a new overhead door and/or seal. Would not come out to see our property for 2 weeks as they were 'out of stock' on door seals.

The day before the appointment, they called an pushed us back 3 hours (from 8:30-10:30am to 1-3pm). At 2:45 they called and said the tech couldn't make it for another hour at a minimum, at which point we cancelled. Not sure what the work is like, but wouldn't feel confident booking with them.

They worked well together as a team, took great care with their work, left the property in the condition they found it and answered all our questions.

Brian from Brant Overhead Door came and diagnosed the correct problem and fixed it in one visit. I would highly recommend calling Brian from Brant Overhead Door the first time!
