While the repair work was completed, I was very disappointed with the pricing and the overall lack of professionalism.Charging over $1,000 for two springs, two drums, and a hinge is excessive, especially considering the drums and hinge retail for under $10 each, yet the drums alone were billed at $75 apiece. That’s an unreasonable markup.On top of that, the old springs were left in our recycling bin instead of being hauled away, which is not acceptable from a professional service.
