Precision Overhead Garage Door Service

Have been a client of Precision Overhead Doors for many years, usually for small repairs and maintenance of my existing overhead garage door. They have always been prompt to serve, stay in contact with their clients from an appointment confirm through execution. This last visit started out no different. The service tech Gafur Ashurov reached out BY PHONE to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival did a thorough evaluation of our system, was transparent with his finding, and due to the age of the system we upgraded. Garfur showed exceptional communication skills, was very personable and provided a great overview of all the features available with this new system. He worked with experience and professionalism. We are 100% satisfied with his service. If you live in Fairfield County we highly recommend you reach out to Precision and ask to be on Garfurs client list.

Ryan Murphy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain everything to us. He worked efficiently, was professional, and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he’s a very skilled technician who takes pride in his work. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door service!

Angel and his colleague came and installed our new wood look garage door. The new Liftmaster motor is so whisper quiet and the door looks amazing! He did a great job explaining all the new features and programming our codes. The entire experience with Precision Garage Doors has been so positive, I would highly recommend them!
