Jeffrey Barrales was the technician who came to address my garage door that continually let in frigid air. His work was superb and he designed a better solution than I was thinking of and it worked perfectly. In addition to replacing hinges with heavier ones that would not allow the closed door to move even in high wind gusts, he also replaced all rollers and replaced the ancient lift motor that was over 20 years old. He completed all of this very quickly and the temperature in the garage immediately increased. That is helping also to keep our condo warmer since the garage is at one end of it. Every time I have used Precision Garage Door I am more impressed with the quality of their work. Jeff was able to immediately understand the problem and come up with a creative solution to it. This is a terrific company with reliable, talented and highly skilled technicians. Their pricing was clear and reasonable for the five options presented to me.
