I found it very easy to contact and schedule an appointment with this service. Was professional, courteous, and quick in addressing the issue I had—everything was resolved efficiently within 20 minutes.

However, I do feel that the $70 charge quoted for such a short amount of work seemed quite steep. If we consider equivalent hourly rates, this would translate to $210/hour. For context, with a four-year college education and 20 years of professional experience I would need to work 1.5 hours to earn that amount. While I absolutely value the skill and speed involved, I believe a more reasonable hourly rate of $15, $20, or even $30 would be more in line with expectations.

In summary, the service itself was top-notch, but the pricing left me feeling it was on the high side.
