I called today and they sent somebody out the same day to look at my garage door. I had an issue with it, not going down and something was tripping the system. He quickly found out the problem and got it working again. Very pleased with the service.
My garage door stopped going down. I'm 77 and lifting and closing the door manually was difficult for me. The tech determined that the door track was too tight and fixed it quickly. I was very pleased with the service and the speed with which it was fixed. I called during a snow storm and got voicemail but I received a return call the next day. They could have sent a tech on Wednesday but I was not available. They scheduled the repair for the next day I was available. This is a wonderful and responsive company and I highly recommend them.
My office contact, Amber, was very helpful in figuring out what I wanted and needed and answering any questions I had leading up to the install date. She kept me informed and was responsive in a very timely manner. It was very appreciated. For installation, Mike arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. I had a few questions about replacing my door on the day of and he was able to answer thoroughly and completely. The crew made quick work and were good about checking in with me during the process to clarify installation questions to make sure I was informed about any adjustments they had to make (location of opener/studs, etc). I would 100% recommend Garage Door and More out of Wiscasset.

There was a problem with my garage door not closing sometime. I had to hold the door opener button until the door was closed. An appointment was made for the next day, there was communication as to arrival time, door was fixed in a timely manner. Every step of the process was done professionally. I would highly recommend the Garage Door & More Company. Thanks for a job well done.
