Steve was our tech and we are so very happy it was. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and when you meet him it’s like you have known him for years! He is that kind of guy. Steve went to work and quickly fixed our door issue. We very much like that he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. The service guy was very professional did a great job. I got another estimate but went with bullgrog. I didn't expect it to be so high. It would be nice if they would have told me the service charges. It was more the the labor. But they came out and did a great job ask a senior i should have checked elsewhere.

Love, love, LOVE Bullfrog Garage Door Company! ??They came out the same day that the arm of my garage door opener fell apart!2 1/2 years ago, I used a highly recognizable garage door company for a basic annual maintenance tuneup. I was talked into buying ( eedlessly) a brand new LiftMaster system BUT failed to Center it correctly resulting in the arm of the opener falling apart. I’ll never use that TV recognizable garage door Company ever again (Let’s just say it is a A-“Minus!” Company)When I called this “A- minus” company and asked them if they could come out and fix it The man answering the phonebluntly told me that it would be not only the trip charge but a service charge beginning at $79! I told him that I needed to get another estimate, thanked him, and hung upI called BULLFROG’S GARAGE DOOR COMPANY and was greeted by a very friendly and considerate woman, Roxanne.??She was able to work me in the very same day with an unbelievably low price to have one of the men come out to repair and service the garage door for about the same as “A Minus” trip charge!The repair man was Sam who was very professional, friendly, respectful and got the job done correctly.Amazing personnel, providing amazing service!Bullfrog Garage Door Company earns an A+ GOLD STAR!Much thanks, Roxanne and Sam!-Deborah A.Sun City, Arizona
I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs, I had Steve and Tony come out for the estimate, they were very polite very honest and very knowledgeable they were the two guys from day one and they came and did a great job with my garage door only took them about two and a half maybe 3 hours to install, no fault of their own there was a couple of panels that were dented on the top from Shipping they called it in immediately and ordered the panels as soon as they come in they will come out and replace them, very reasonable price and came with all new hardware Springs channels and 10 ball bearing Wheels.. The young ladies in the office that I dealt with on the phone answered all my questions and they were very polite and respectful & very helpful, they treated me with the respect thank you ladies . A++ great company. Thank you all so very much. You All Rock ??
