I recently received the best birthday gift every. The National overhead door truck pulled up to my apartment, my family purchased an automatic garage door opener for me With this terrible winter I was having problems putting the key in my frozen lock to open my garage door, also some days the winds was so strong it was difficult to push the door up. Mike who installed the unit was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the remote and keypad. Next winter I'll be able to stay in my warm car and just press the button and watch my garage door open for me. Thank you National Overhead door.

Customer service was great. Tech /Scott was even better. Quickly diagnosed and resolved issue. Very friendly. After resolving the issue, I asked for a quote to replace garage door and he provided a very quick estimate. Will likely have them install a new garage door given their responsive to my service call. Well done! Highly recommended for your garage door needs.
