He kept us informed and explained repairs (complete mechanism rebuild) in an understandable and complete way, which we appreciated. It was really nice to Schedule an appointment online! You see all their available options, all at once and can pick at your convenience. When I had to change the time, I called the company and was immediately connected to a person who was extremely helpful. Once the service man arrived, he was on time, professional, didn’t make me feel stupid when he was explaining what he had done and what the issues were, kept me apprised of everything that was going on and all of my options and was Done with the entire process before I Even knew it! What a relief to work with a great local company who delivers everything they promise on time and on budget!
