Searched online and found that 29.99 for visiting. Asking for the general charge but did not get answer.Have trouble to open the garage door. Called this number. Arrived on time. Made a small hole and opened the door. Suggested me to install a lock on the hole. Asked 370 plus tax. I did not agree. I paid 165$ for making a hole.Please clearly indicate your price for certain content.Misleading advertising and overcharging.Definitely not recommended
Alex showed up today. Really good guy this Alex. He fixed a few things and did an absolute amazing job. He balanced my door, tensioned the spring, changed the chain gear above the unit, and adjusted the closing and opening distances. The door works like new. It took him all 45 min to do or maybe even less. I am really happy. Not to mention, I called this morning and they sent Alex in the afternoon. SAME DAY SERVICE!!! Price was hey listen can you do it yourself for $100 in parts sure… but who the hell wants to tension that heavy duty spring above the door?? Its ok I will pay and lets the professionals handle it!
