Had problems with my door this morning and called Dodd’s. Within a few hours Tim and Pavel arrived and promptly got the door back on track and provided a few maintenance tips. Appreciate their quick response especially with snow on the way tomorrow.
Called late Tuesday afternoon had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technicians were polite professional and answered all my questions and quick as well. They replaced my torsion spring reattached the guide wires and lubricated the rollers and were on the road again in half an hour.Thanks for an excellent service

James took time to carefully assess the damage, remained attentive to every detail, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to fix the problem immediately.
