Reliable Garage Door was great! Called them after 6pm and they had someone at our house to replace a broken spring by 10:00am the next morning. He had it fixed within two hours and he told me it was covered under warranty still and there was no cost to us.

My garage door opener was not opening the door. I called several companies and Reliable was the only one that would get someone out right away. The guy came within an hour, fixed the issue (operator error) and didn't charge me for the "courtesy call". Super friendly, great customer interaction. Highly recommended.

Reliable garage door has excellent customer service and skills. Ian came out to give us a quote as our opener was shot, and my husband and I also wanted to replace the garage door as well. Ian was informative without trying to upsell and was great to work with and gave us many different estimates to look at to fit our budget. He even so kindly fixed the lock on our garage door while we waited for the new garage. Ken installed our new garage door/opener and was friendly and efficient and it looks and works great! Thank you!!!
