Sean was awesome. He was able to come earlier than scheduled which helped me. He diagnosed the primary issue in short order and showed me how all the other issues contributed to the issue I was having. He showed me options to consider. My door was better than new when he was done. He clearly explained all that was done and made clear the warranty for everything.I like a technician and company that cares about the work that they do. Rise and Shine Garage doors completed our new garage door installation today. Our experience was fantastic. The special order door came in at the minimum time quoted to us. Hunter the installer arrived on time and took out the old garage door and installed the new one in the time he said it would take. Rise and Shine was very courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rise and Shine for anyone with garage door needs
First class service. We had an issue wherein the garage door intermittently wouldn't close. Nick was our service tech - very knowledgeable and friendly and figured out the suspected cause quickly. Ended up needing a new garage door opener due to falling electronics or sensors in the old one, but he got the new one installed in less than 2 hours. The new one we got was a LiftMaster myQ - much smoother and quieter than the old one. Highly recommend Rise & Shine for your garage door needs
