I typically have a difficult time getting in touch with the regional customer service reps when issues arise and I've had some ongoing issues with my front door, along with an initial sales pitch that didn't turn out to be terribly honest by any stretch. The saving grace is the gem of the company: Trevor. Trevor is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Trevor is awesome. I should also add that - when it's working well - the door is fantastic

From start to finish I’ve been impressed with Brookstone’s professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. They were patient with all my questions and made sure I was happy with the outcome, and had great suggestions for design. The installation crew was on time, obviously very experienced and cleaned up at the end of the two days they were at our home. The quality of the product is amazing and looks beautiful. I highly recommend Brookstone for their quality and customer service. I’ve added before and after pictures.
