Great quality door. Excellent customer service. We had a few hiccups during the installation, mainly linked to the unusual techy door accessories and cables needed, but they addressed them without delay and came back as many times as needed for everything to be perfect.

Brookstone was a fantastic company to work with. Everything from the initial sale to installation was handled professionally and efficiently. The installer (George) was fantastic. He worked so hard and made sure that everything was cleaned up each day.
I am very happy with my new windows and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality product and excellent service!

I had my main floor windows and front door replaced by Brookstone two years ago now. I typically have a difficult time getting in touch with the regional customer service reps when issues arise and I've had some ongoing issues with my front door, along with an initial sales pitch that didn't turn out to be terribly honest by any stretch. The saving grace is the gem of the company: Trevor. Trevor is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Trevor is awesome. I should also add that - when it's working well - the door is fantastic
