Called this business # on their website, receptionist informed that the technician would call me and schedule an appointment for same day. Technician called and said to arrive between 4pm -6pm. Upon request I also sent picsnn video of garage door problem, and I was told they would arrive by 5pm. Closer to 5pm when inquired was told around 530pm, and when I called for status check, the guy would not even talk to me properly as he was busy working on something. At 6pm I cancelled my service request as I was convinced that someone who cannot even schedule a time, will likely also provide lousy repair service. Luckily I came across Sunray garage service who came within an hour as promised and provided excellent repair services.
