Rory Jacques

Always amazing service. Called today with a broken spring and he made time to come get it fixed same day to keep my business going. Bonus points for catching the cracked hinge and fixing that.

Doug L

I had a broken spring on an overhead garage door. I called Absolute Garage Door and Chad was able to come out the same day. Not only did Chad replace the spring in a timely manner, he also took time to fine tune the door itself, adjusting for level, adjusting the opener chain, adjusting the opener controls. He took the time to explain the process. Very professional.

Chad from Absolute Garage Door Service is an absolute beauty. We have used Absolute Garage Door numerously for our Restoration Jobs that we do in Campbell River, and he always jumps to the pump for us with a quick and reasonable cost quotation. He also came to my personal house directly and took care of all the issues with my own garage door needs including re-programming and other maintenance issues. I highly recommend Absolute Garage Door Repair, and we will continue to use them over here at Griffin Restoration Services.

We called to request a service on our very loud squeaky garage door. Chad was able to book a service call for the next afternoon and came out right on time. He was professional and explained exactly what he was going to check for and the expected price before starting. He not only fixed the garage door squeal but explained how to properly maintain it in the future. He also tightened the lift chain and fixed our remote entry key pad. Explained the invoice breakdown and the price was exactly as he quoted. Great service and would highly recommend!
