Called Wayne Door to report a broken spring on my garage door. Spoke to MacKenzie who told me she’d do her best to get a tech out to repair the door. By 2:30 pm in the afternoon Cody and Dane stopped at the house to fix the spring. I had a chance to speak to both guys and they were polite, courteous and quickly had the door repaired. I would highly recommend Wayne Door but also recommend Dane and Cody. A side note: I was surprised and happy to realize I knew Dane from Dover High School, and had the privilege of teaching his parents in school at Strasburg and my wife and I were good friends with his grandparents who also worked at Strasburg. A very pleasant surprise. All this to say that I will call Wayne for any of my garage door needs.
We are so pleased with our new doors! They look wonderful and work so much better than the old ones. Joe did a great job, stayed late with a upbeat attitude, and took pride in his work. Willy and Matt were onsite, also, and all of them worked steadily through the day to get the project done. Very pleased and look forward to replacing another door very soon!
I needed a larger window in my dining room. I live in an old, 100 plus year house, and I needed someone to make a larger hole and put in a new window. I thought would be difficult, but Wayne garage did it and made it look so good. The frame going around the window is, what sold me it’s the most beautiful frame I ever seen. It compliments, my other windows and house perfectly. The workers who came out were very nice and their skill was at the highest level. This window installed left me totally impressed. I made the right decision by having Wayne Garage installed that window.
So this took place in our world today. The install scheduled for the first week in November, took place this morning, thanks to a rainy day, creating an opening in their schedule. In just 2 hours, we went from green to brown and changed the curb appeal of our home of 30 years. Wayne Garage Door Sales & Service and ProVia did a great job on providing the door & sidelights and Willy, Andy and Jake did an amazing job with the installation. These three guys are definitely your “A Team!” Special thanks to Shane Miller, Corey Troyer & Jim Hershberger for making it happen. We highly recommend these guys to everyone!
Great experience with install had one bedroom two basement windows replaced The install guys Caleb and Sam did a great job even with a stubborn basement window. They were respectful of the property very friendly. Did a great job cleaning up. Hope I get them again on the next set of windows
