Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise professional service, and one also compliments the workmanship. A customer credits the owner with personally servicing the garage door after a technician complication; another says spring-and-opener replacement took an hour. A customer who cancelled after a changed arrival window says an agreed 8–11 a.m. slot shifted to 12–2 p.m.; after taking time off for the original slot, the customer says a technician called back offering a discount to persuade them to stay with the company.

Steve Coyman
Made the appointment for following day. Tech was coming between 8 and 11 a.m.. I was told they would call when they were 30 minutes out. at 11 o'clock I was contacted by the same lady I spoke to the day before and was told the tech will be there between 12 and 2 p.m.. I told her i took time off of work for the times agreed upon the previous day and canceled the visit. She said she could take 15% off if i stayed with M&L garage door repair and I said no thanks. I hung up and was called back by a male technician trying to guilt me in to staying with their company saying they would give a discount. Their website says Veteran owned and that is why I chose them first. Both people I spoke with had a language barrier. I would NOT recommend this company at ALL!!!!

Loved their service!!! So responsive and attentive. I ran into complications with a technician, so the owner of the company himself serviced my garage door to ensure my satisfaction. I cannot be happier!! Thank you!
