We love this company. Each time we have needed them, they have been so quick to answer and get to our house. When I called, our garage was not opening and I could not get inside with my kids nor the car. The scheduler was so sweet, listened to my concerns, and got me scheduled for that afternoon. They sent Brandon out and he was the absolute best. He fixed the issue quickly and with the best attitude and humor amid the chaos of our full house. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with my garage door, which felt a bit overwhelming at first. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain everything and helped me prioritize which repairs needed immediate attention. I truly appreciated how patient and clear he was throughout the process. I was also so glad that he had all the necessary parts stocked on his truck, allowing everything to be completed the same day. Tim and Tim were both Very professional. The install went great and they were very thorough with any questions I might have. Very pleased and would definitely use them again. I looked at three quotes and theirs came in the lowest and the fastest availability for install. Upgraded to Steel and well insulated. Very happy I did!
Very Pleased!!!! Precision doors are of good quality that has added appeal, up grade to our home and seal real well. We also had their Genie openers installed that operate quietly and smoothly. Both come with a good warrenty and future customer service. Cody who did the installation was very polite, organized, conscientious young man who worked in a timely manner and did a "Top Notch Job". Joey H. was amazing. Explained everything & took pictures to show us inside of motor box. Got us a great deal when we needed more done. And, he set up the app on my phone to open & close remotely. But, the best thing he did- when we mentioned that our boys basketballs would hit our old sensors & break the wires.. he put curly cords on our new sensors so they won't break as easily!! Best idea ever!!
