I want to thank McKayla and Tyler for the great service and high quality of work done on my two garage doors. I live in Carmel and had a garage door that would not open. McKayla dispatched her husband Tyler to our house within an hour! Tyler found a problem with the motherboard on my old Lift-master. He ordered a new opener and within 16 hrs we had a new beautiful Lift-master. While he was at the house he updated all my rollers on both my doors and replaced the seal at the bottom of both doors. As he was changing the rollers on my smaller door he noted that the spring that was installed was 2 sizes to small and was making my other opener work to hard to lift the door. An accident waiting to happen. Tyler was so good and explained all my options so well I even hired him to go over to my son’s house and give his door a makeover with the new style of rubber rollers. Had a tension spring which broke. I called numerous vendors and had to deal with a site visit (where added services were quoted) or pressure to adjust my schedule to technicians - just to get a quote. When I spoke with Rose Garage Door Solutions, I had a quote and a scheduled time within minutes; exactly as a needed. The service was an A+. The owner arrived and not only performed the spring replacement but adjust other garage door settings / components which previous technicians missed. These are the people to work with and it's not even close. Great service and value.
Tyler did a great job fixing my garage door. From the first phone call, the team was helpful and gave clear pricing up front. Tyler arrived quickly, explained everything in detail, and really knew his stuff.While I was outside grilling chicken wings, I noticed my spring was broken. I made one quick call, and by the time I finished eating, the spring had already been replaced. Incredible service and speed.
