I called Affordable Garage Door Service after a do-it-yourself project with a defective garage door opener from Home Depot went awry. On my way home from getting the refund from Home Depot, i called and Jeremy called me back within minutes. He immediately scheduled me for the next day, showed up on time, installed the model we discussed within one hour, and boom, we had a functioning opener. No fuss and less money than the Home Depot model plus $340 for the handyman that I paid for his time and struggle.We had no opener for two weeks waiting for the manufacturer to send new sensors, which unfortunately did not fix the problem. This apparently is a frequent issue (bad electrical boards or bad sensors) with all of the models you can buy at big box stores. The reviews reflected this fact but i had hoped to get lucky.Well, I DID get lucky when I called Affordable Garage Door Service. I highly recommend them for outstanding service, excellent price and great advice on choosing a model.

I really appreciated that he recognized he was the one who originally installed the door and took the time to give me helpful tips on maintenance, to keep everything running smoothly. Jeremy at Affordable Garage Door is great. He came out quickly for a quote to replace my 45 yo door. The quote was quite reasonable. Once I made the deposit, he received and installed the door in less than a week. The install took only about 1 1/2 hours. Jeremy left the garage spotless.
