I’m very impressed! Late last night I left a message about an issue with my garage door. First thing in the morning, I received a call and was offered several time frame options. The technician, Roy, even called to ask if it would be okay to arrive a bit earlier.When he arrived, he quickly identified the problem, clearly explained what was wrong, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He also went over the warranty terms in case anything didn’t work properly after he left. The price was reasonable.I truly appreciate the professionalism and respect for my time. Tomar was fantastic- prompt, professional, and affordable - camp out quickly and fixed the spring that broke on my door and tuned it up. Everything working great now, I would absolutely recommend them and use again.

A great experience with Garage Door Professionals, Inc! Their technician Mr Tomar was very professional, punctual, and absolutely knew his crafts. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered customer parts and finished the repair as soon as he received the parts. He also made sure the door was working smoothly before leaving. Excellent service and very trustworthy — I’d definitely call them again for any future garage door needs.
I signed up for a tune-up and new rollers. I thought the work was done completely in April. Today Oct. 13, 2025 I had them return because the garage was making a noise. He wants me to pay $135 for service, where is my warranty? Did they do the work right the first time they were here. I tried to call while the worker was here, but they jammed the phone and he drove away. What kind of Company is this?? Beware
