I’m very impressed! Late last night I left a message about an issue with my garage door. First thing in the morning, I received a call and was offered several time frame options. The technician, Roy, even called to ask if it would be okay to arrive a bit earlier.

When he arrived, he quickly identified the problem, clearly explained what was wrong, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He also went over the warranty terms in case anything didn’t work properly after he left. The price was reasonable.

I truly appreciate the professionalism and respect for my time. Thank you, Roy - great job! And thank you, Garage Door Professionals!

A great experience with Garage Door Professionals, Inc! Their technician Mr Tomar was very professional, punctual, and absolutely knew his crafts. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered customer parts and finished the repair as soon as he received the parts. He also made sure the door was working smoothly before leaving.
