Yesterday I had Satchell Colton out for a garage door estimate/repair. Satchell was on time for the appointment and arrived at the selected start time. He assessed my garage door which had a broken rod and spool. He completed his measurements and completed his assessment. He gave me multiple estimate options for a new rod and springs and pulley system .Once I made a selection Satchell started his work and completed it very fast. I would recommend A1 garage doors they are professional and consistent much like their tech Satchell. Thank you again A1 and Satchell.
Our garage door needed repair after an incident where it shut randomly while backing out.Adam Johnson was our technician. He was here timely, answered all our questions, showed us things we didn't realize were a problem, and never tried to sell us things we didn't need. He told us how things worked so we really understood what to watch for, and what had been done wrong by the initial builders. Our safety really was his priority and the door looks amazing. You wouldn't know there was any damage previously. Adam was extremely professional. He truly loves his job AND his employer. In this day and age it's refreshing to meet someone like him. We will use A1 if we ever have an issue again and will ask for Adam if possible!!
We were able to schedule an unforseen repair on a Saturday, in the rain, with no hassle at all. Communication was great and we got a super nice technician who absolutely knew what he was doing. He explained everything and was able to get the repair done in a relatively short amount of time. I would absolutely call on them again.
