Overhead Door Company became our "recommended" door provider by our HOA board after our board members interviewed several door companies. We determined the best quality, service and price offered in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area was Overhead. So far, a handful of residents have had new garage doors installed by Overhead with glowing reviews. Recently my garage door, one of the few remaining original wood doors in the neighborhood finally got too old and I called Chris to measure and put together the order. My reviews are just as good as our previous neighbors (two thumbs up)!! Great customer service. Chris sent a service guy out the following day to temporarily fix our broken door, so we were able to keep using it for a few weeks as we wait for the new door to be made. Above and beyond!! Much appreicated!
Larry did a quick efficient repair of the overhead door framing with better connectors and took it upon himself to do the other door before it failed too!
Larry is amazing. You won't find a better technician in the state, maybe the entire country. Work was efficient and call took less than an hour to replace my springs and get everything back to 100%. Working with Mia in the office was easy and efficient, and she was able to move things around to get me service same day!
Chris and Larry were exceptional. Chris was professional, responsive and highly knowledgeable in the sale and set up of our door. Larry was great, on time (in fact, an hour early-which was appreciated!) and even came back and spent over an hour with us as we tried to program our door with our cars (our vehicles had outdated connection info). Cannot recommend this company enough and if you need a new garage door, make sure you call this company first!
