I called during the late evening and informed Overhead Door Company that my car was stuck in the garage. Someone was sent out to assist with getting the door open and stated a technician will be dispatched the next day for the repair. The following morning, before noon, a technician arrived as promised to make the repair to my garage door. Great service!

Aiden is the best! Across the board- the best experience I’ve had. We’ve been putting off this issue with the garage door thinking it was going to be a headache to get resolved. Aiden assessed it and fixed it in one trip. I wish I had called sooner. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need- he was able to fix what was salvageable. What a huge asset to the company. He has a wonderful attitude and asked great questions to ensure that the door was fixed to the unique situation at hand.
Garage door quit opening, suddenly, Sunday evening. I contacted 24 hour chat who said they would report my problem the next morning to the local franchise. I was called ~7 am today & the service appointment was scheduled for the 12 - 2 windows (technician called & arrived near 1 pm). The problem was diagnosed instantly (broken spring), replacement ordered & delivered promptly while the technician prepped the door for the repair. Both springs installed promptly & skillfully.The technician, Aiden Glessener, was professional, personable, informative & pleasant throughout. The cost of the repair was provided before the work began. Coincidentally, Aiden is a former student of my wife. Their reunion was touching. Admirable young man, knowledgeable & very capable. First class service!!

In fact, a professional (Will) came the same day to conduct a site survey. After assessing the the situation, we were then able to proceed with next steps. On the day of install, the technician installed two garage doors in four hours. Superb work by all!
