We open and close it several times a day and take it for granted that it's going to work. From start to finish, ProLift has been nothing but professional, friendly and easy to work with.Scheduling was easy, they kept me informed along the way, and sent me a text when my tech was on the way, along with his picture and some information about him. Matt called when he was on his way. He did a great job and looked over everything and let us know that there is no service required (didn’t try to sell us something we don't need) and gave us some suggestions to keep our garage door running smoothly.Highly recommend.
We had 2 garage doors replaced last week by ProLift and we love everything! They were super helpful in going over our options and were able to give us quotes immediately. They even provided a website to pick out your products so that you could see what everything would look like together. The installers were super nice and did a great job, even with my 7 year old following them around all morning asking questions! The whole process was wonderful and we will definitely be using ProLift again and would recommend to anyone.
This is an amazing top-notch company from first call to completed service! Scheduling was easy. Jared, my service technician, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the entire process and the different types of springs. He worked quickly and expertly replacing a broken tension spring. The original installer used an inadequate spring for the door. I ProLift Garage Doors of Charleston installed an upgraded spring and my door is now functioning properly!
