Great job on the install, everything looks great. There was an issue with my original appointment and my availability that day, but they were very accommodating to get it taken care of within a couple days. Really appreciate their team getting it resolved and installed.
Called southeastern garage door on a Wednesday had a woman set up to come out on Monday and they give me a quote to come out and grease the door and service the door for $115 call today on a Thursday and asked her about a part that I thought maybe going out on the garage door opener and I told her not to worry about it. Just send him out then she told me that she gave me the wrong price. It wasn’t $115. it was $150 to come out then I canceled after that. I think that’s bad business when you Give a customer a price then tell them it’s the wrong price. It’s $150 instead of 115.
The worker came in promptly. They said between 9 and 10 am arrive. He came right at 9. He was so nice and professional. He even helped with a light bulb change. The contractor gave great advise on keep existing beams vs replacing brand new during the measurement process. 100% would recommend this company.
Really happy with our installation! Jason was the tech who came out to install the LiftMaster opener with myQ (we wanted this opener so we can get in garage deliveries). He was super polite and the installation was quick. He even inspected our garage doors and added lubricant so they would function better. I would absolutely use this firm again!
After shopping for several years we finally found the perfect garage doors for our home. While many homes in our area have wood carriage style doors, our garage faces southeast and gets full sun and weather all year. Natural wood doors would require extensive maintenance and fade in just a couple years. Then we found Southeastern Garage Doors and their Clopay 5 layer composite wood doors. While these doors look so much like natural wood few people can tell the difference, they are MUCH more insulated which keeps the garage warm in winter and cool in our hot Charleston summers. Architecturally and aesthetically they are simply beautiful! You can see the transition in the pictures below. Leon, Ron and the entire team, especially Chuck our installer were simply great. I’ve since learned most of the best builders in Charleston use them exclusively. This is THE residential garage door company in Charleston!
