My garage door remote stopped working. I called Stepp and Sons a technician came out checked it out and determined the motor was bad and the opener was not receiving any codes. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem installed a new door opener, new sensors, programmed 2 new remotes and added a keypad. The door works great, quieter operation than the old unit. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything worked more than once and that I knew how everything worked before he left. Great tech, fast clean service, and affordable.
