Benedict Smith was absolutely GREAT … he was methodical and took a lot of time showing me why my current springs were dangerous as well as my rollers. I trusted that what he was showing me was accurate and what he was recommending was very necessary. He was concerned about my safety with my main garage door and said I should not use it under any circumstances until the springs for it are ordered, in & installed which could take 2-3 wks to arrive to A1. He left the garage cleaner than it was when he arrived. Benedict made sure that the 2 doors he completed worked correctly and he reprogrammed my garage door openers and made sure they worked properly. If I could have given him 10 stars I would have. I will always use A1 in Waxhaw from now on and recommend them to all residents here in Providence Downs on our Facebook page Book page. Just TOP NOTCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Our spring broke on our garage, so we got quotes from two companies to fix it. This isn’t typical for us, but the first quote came in much higher than expected, and the folks from A1 came out as our “2nd opinion”.Turns out we needed a lot more done than just the spring, as a huge section of our belt was missing and our 19-year-old motor was on the way out too.We ended up spending a lot more than we had anticipated, but it’s a HUGE upgrade from what we had before. The new unit is much quieter, and we can open & close it without waking our 18-month-old baby.They ended up throwing in a few extras, considering this was our 2nd quote, and they wanted to match what they could within reason. The guys were at our house for about 5 hours and worked hard to make sure everything was installed correctly, and to walk me through the setup of codes and accessing the app.I’d definitely recommend these guys. A-1 service for sure!!
Great Service from Customer service to the Tech Damian Gonzalez who installed the garage door opener. He was here on time introduced himself very professional explain the service he was here to do. He also did pre inspection before he started. He also explained asked mt option before any sudden move. We felt comfortable with communicating with him about the project we were not pressured in anyway. He shared his experience about the company A1 why he lived working for they. We have have 3 techs A1 garage door come out for different reasons, I can honestl say these guys follow instructions to the T. Great Job and thank you for your professional service.
