Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga

Access was an absolute pleasure to work with from the quotation stage to the final install. I had a high lift door conversion completed which included a new opener. Travis and Drew did an excellent job; quickly, professionally, and with the level of detail I expect. I could not recommend Access more.

I have used access garage doors multiple times for garage door replacement once and for adjustments and repairs and the service has always been great. The price has been good and the timing very good. Update April 2026: Outstanding service and integrity. I’ve been using Access Garage Doors for many years, and this visit reminded me why. Our garage door suddenly wouldn’t go up or down and had to be operated manually. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and discovered that when springs were replaced back in 2022, the wrong springs had been installed. He replaced the springs, properly balanced and lubricated the door, checked and cleaned everything, and even reconnected and verified the safety sensor wiring. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. The best part? They didn’t charge me a penny because they stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. That level of honesty and accountability is rare these days. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors and will continue to use them without hesitation.

I love Access Garage Doors. The old doors were really old and when they opened or closed, the whole house rattled. I talked to 3 garage door companies. Access Garage had the best options for insulation and design. I would also add that I changed my mind right after we settled on a design and I called and told them I really didn't like what we decided on. I sent them a mock picture of what I was looking for and they found me what I wanted. Our new doors are so very quiet and they are so pretty with the sun ray design. We also added the electric screen on the third bay and that screen opens and closes so smoothly. Shame on me for not remembering the 2 gentlemen's names that came out and did all the work. They were so extremely nice and made sure that we understood all the working of the doors and the screen before leaving. You can't go wrong with Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga.

Hayden and Lawrence did an amazing job installing my two new garage doors. It was very easy to deal with the company and all the employees. They were on time as promised I would definitely use them again for any future work. Thank you again.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but this one is well-deserved. From the very first call with Access Garage Doors, the experience was professional, courteous, and never pushy. A week after my initial inquiry, they followed up—just a simple, helpful check-in. I even told them, “I’m so glad you called today, I’ve been meaning to get back to you!” Still, no pressure—just great service. When they sent someone out to walk me through my options, he was wonderful—informative, patient, and again, not pushy. I had a few follow-up questions and had to call the office a couple of times, and every single person I spoke with was kind, helpful, and professional. This morning, my new garage doors were installed, and they are absolutely beautiful. The whole process—from the sales team to installation—was one of the smoothest, most seamless experiences I’ve ever had with a substantial purchase. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors. They exceeded my expectations in every way.
