Access was an absolute pleasure to work with from the quotation stage to the final install. I had a high lift door conversion completed which included a new opener. Travis and Drew did an excellent job; quickly, professionally, and with the level of detail I expect. I could not recommend Access more.

The price has been good and the timing very good.Update April 2026:Outstanding service and integrity.I’ve been using Access Garage Doors for many years, and this visit reminded me why. Our garage door suddenly wouldn’t go up or down and had to be operated manually. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and discovered that when springs were replaced back in 2022, the wrong springs had been installed.He replaced the springs, properly balanced and lubricated the door, checked and cleaned everything, and even reconnected and verified the safety sensor wiring. The door now operates smoothly and quietly.The best part? They didn’t charge me a penny because they stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. That level of honesty and accountability is rare these days.Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors and will continue to use them without hesitation.
I love Access Garage Doors. The old doors were really old and when they opened or closed, the whole house rattled. I talked to 3 garage door companies. Access Garage had the best options for insulation and design. I would also add that I changed my mind right after we settled on a design and I called and told them I really didn't like what we decided on. I sent them a mock picture of what I was looking for and they found me what I wanted. Our new doors are so very quiet and they are so pretty with the sun ray design. We also added the electric screen on the third bay and that screen opens and closes so smoothly. Shame on me for not remembering the 2 gentlemen's names that came out and did all the work. They were so extremely nice and made sure that we understood all the working of the doors and the screen before leaving. You can't go wrong with Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga.
