Precision Door Service

We are very happy with our new garage doors. Payton and Charlie were very professional, explained what they were doing, patiently answered our questions, and proactively addressed minor issues as they installed the doors. We are very pleased with the overall customer service.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service requesting a technician provide a service and adjustment of one of the doors. I was very pleased that they scheduled my service call for the next day. I received an advance notice via text that the technician, Preston Stockton, would arrive between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Preston send a text alerting me he was on his way promptly at 11:00 am. Upon arrival and assessment of my garage door hardware, Preston found an extremely worn cable on one of my doors (also a safety hazard), and worn bearings. He showed me the issues as well as documenting them through photos. After reviewing his findings and no-pressure recommendations, I elected to replace the cables, bearings, springs and rollers on both my garage doors. Preston accomplished these replacement parts in a timely and efficient manner. His friendly attitude and professional approach to servicing my garage doors are commendable and worthy of recognition. The garage door repairs carry a five-year warranty for parts and labor. Obviously, I was very impressed with Precision Garage Doors, and highly recommend this company and its efficient and positive customer approach.

Tony with Precision Garage Doors of Chattanooga was outstanding. He came out on a Sunday afternoon in 20° weather and truly went above and beyond. He was very professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Exceptional service, I will always ask for Tony if I need service again. Highly recommend!

Scott at Precision Garage Door Repair was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, he did a fantastic job explaining exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. My garage door tension spring was broken, and he handled the repair quickly, professionally, and with total confidence. What really impressed me was the speed — I called it in and had my garage door fully repaired within three hours. That level of responsiveness is rare these days. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely nice to work with. If you need garage door repairs done right the first time, I highly recommend asking for Scott at Precision Garage Door Repair. ? If you want it shorter, more casual, or tuned specifically for Google Reviews vs. Yelp, I can adjust it accordingly.
