I had my automatic garage door opener fixed. Jules, the technician, was very professional. He inspected everything before he started by showing me and breaking down how things work in simple terms. He made sure to show me the cost of everything before he started the work. Very nice personality. Ules didn't rush through the job. Job well done. The price was a little higher than I expected, but, it was the first time I had any work done on the garage in over 25yrs. It's a bonus that the company had all the parts to the exact brand I already had for Jules to used. Hoping the automatic garage doors continue to work for another 25yrs.

I received very professional service from Precision Garage Door Service. The personnel from the company was very involved in working with me from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job. The employee who performed the work (Phil) communicated often prior to his arrival to keep me informed of estimated time of arrival to my home. He was so professional and very competent! He explained to me what it would take to remediate my door issues and repaired it quickly. I was afraid I was going to have a big bill (like when any other maintenance personnel would be called), but it was VERY reasonable. I decided to ask him to fix some other issues with the door that were not an emergency to address (i.e. seal). He gave me an estimate and he performed the work beautifully. I have never been so happy with company as I am with Precision. Thank you Phil!
I called for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised that they have Saturday appointments. On Saturday I got a call from Anthony Cellucci telling me that he was on his way. He arrived on time and put together the estimate. I liked the price and he said that he could do the work right now if I wanted. He installed 2 new garage door openers and accessories right on the spot. I was extremely happy to not have to wait for parts to be ordered. Anthony was extremely professional, polite, and cleaned up, leaving my garage looking better than when he arrived. I am extremely happy with Anthony and Precision Garage Door. I will use them again in the future.
