The lead technician Josiah Brown took his time at the initial estimate meeting, which solidified my decision to go with A1 Door Company. Even the front office in Richmond was helpful every step of the way. Josiah & Gary had challenges in replacing a door that was over 30 yrs old, but they persevered and even had to go to a local supplier to get the correct lock & accessories to complete the install. Finally at completion they both explained the proper use in locking, and unlocking & raising the door. The door and weather stripping even look attractive. I highly recommend this company and the two technicians who finished the job in about 6 hours.
