Ezra came out to my home in Chesterfield to replace the springs on my garage door and install a new LiftMaster opener. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Before beginning any work, Ezra took the time to clearly explain the process and answer all my questions. He included customer service for all the work he did, which gave me peace of mind. A little while after the installation, my garage door started making a creaking noise and wasn’t closing as smoothly as before. I contacted Ezra and he responded right away, setting up a convenient time to come back the next day. He arrived promptly, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t charge me anything extra since it was covered under his original service. Now, my garage door works smoothly and quietly. Garage Door Repair Chesterfield did a fantastic job fixing my old double wooden overhead garage door. One morning, one of the springs broke, so I called them for help. Terrence showed up even earlier than expected. After checking the door and noticing it was still in good shape, he said I didn’t need a new door and recommended rebuilding it instead. He gave me a fair price for the repairs and quickly got started by removing the worn springs and rollers. Since my old door was stubborn, the job took extra work, but Terrence handled it well. He even called for backup, and Brian arrived to help out and share some ideas. Together, they worked for several hours, replacing every mechanical part needed. Terrence had all the right parts on his truck and made sure everything worked smoothly before finishing. We open our garage door by hand, so he took extra care to get the spring tension just right. The work came with warranties on both the parts and the labor, all at the price I was quoted from the start. I was really impressed with their skill and honesty. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs, especially if you have an older door.
