Company was fantastic to work with. Had another issue arise the night prior to the company coming to replace the opener. They solved the opener and the spring breaking at the same time. Definitely use again!

We experienced prompt, courteous service of garage door repair. I was even shown how to use spay lubricant to hopefully help our doors work smoothly a bit longer in the future.

No complaints about the work itself! Communication, though, was poor. I left a voicemail asking for a *estimate* to repair a malfunctioning door. When the technicians showed up, they did not ring the doorbell or even call to let me know they'd arrived, even though it should have been clear I was home, based on the truck parked outside a half-open garage door. They immediately got to work and fixed the issue. Only then did they call me. I then asked them to *look* at the other two doors, which also sometimes malfunction, and let me know what was going on with them. I don't hear anything further and next time I look out the window, they're gone. It wasn't until I got the bill that I even found out that anything had been done to the other doors! But, all three doors do now operate smoothly and quietly.
Pros: fast response, good work
Con: poor communication
