Needed a new garage door and called these guys. Said they would pick it up on Monday and install sometime after that. It was installed on Monday and the gentleman that installed it was early, efficient and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Doors & More.
I ordered a new garage door on monday of this week. They picked it up in Loveland on Tuesday and was installed today. Can't say enough about the service. Guys who installed were great. Highly recommend!
If I could give a negative score I would. I called these people Thursday oct.13the at about 8:10AM the guy told me his tech would call when he was getting ready to come to my house, here it is oct.17 and still no call. I MO a simple call saying "hey we can't make it today would have been nice but I guess that's asking for too much. I call another company and he had my door fixed by the time I got home.
They were apparently busy, which could be interpreted as a sign that they do good work, but their customer service interaction unquestionably needs a lot of work. I called for an appointment and was told that I would get a call back mid-morning. After noon I called again and was told that the technicians would call "some time in the afternoon after they returned from their current appointments." End of the business day came and no calls. I would have appreciated a courtesy call or even and honest, "we can't get to you today." But no follow up is just bad business.
The repairman came withing minutes of me calling--no appointment necessary. When he arrived, he fixed the problem that the OTHER company created, and showed me how unsafe they had made my garage door. It could have fallen on me easily after the Capital City guy "fixed" it.Not only did they fix the other guy's mistakes, but they enhanced my current door so it would be more durable and not need future repair. They reinforced the bolts and re-shaped the tracks so my door closed and opened smoothly... couldn't thank them enough. Oh, AND it's much cheaper than any other company in town.
