George is wonderful. He was training a new tech and was obviously a very experienced guy.I learned about my for system from hearing George teach a step by step trouble shoot, determining parts avail, Part replacement, and repair. We installed the garage door 35 years ago. Cardinal has been out go to since then. Our system has not needed total replacement yet.Problem this time was a broken cable. We replaced the springs 5 years ago and they are fine.They got me 24 hr repair.Much respect to Cardinal... thanks, Professor George.

Sunday night, cold and after 10 pm. Crystal to the rescue. Thought our car was going to be trapped all night and had to make sure I could get out of the garage. Door was so mangled, still don’t know how he fixed it. These guys were a miracle. Quick, nice, super knowledgeable. Our guy has been doing it for over 20 years and it showed. So happy we reached out to them!
It was late on a Sunday night and our garage door opener malfunctioned and starting closing as we back out. Door was stuck halfway and we thought we needed a new door. We called and within an hour they came out and by some miracle he was able to fix it without needing a new door. Amazing !!!
