They sent a professional technician, Kurai, who knew exactly what the opener needed. I cannot speak highly enough about his skills; he clearly communicated the door opener’s issues, and he gave me choices as to what upgrades that will keep the door in good working order. As a female dealing with unknown mechanical problems, he was sensitive in explaining things clearly and politely. I am so grateful to the company and their technician. Let me add, the cost was half of what I anticipated.
In short, one can’t go wrong with this company or its representative.

My service tech, Caleb Penney, was professional and courteous, told me what needed to be replaced and why upfront and how long it would take. He charged me what he told me and completed the job on time and left me with some oil spray with directions on how to use it to keep my garage door working properly for a long time. They were on honest and dependable and I would highly recommend them.

Our garage door cable broke on Sunday, called and left a message, they called me back first thing Monday and had a technician out Tuesday. Great customer service!! My tech was awesome!! He came in looked at the door and repaired what was needed in less than an hour. Also the last service we had with them was 2011 when the door was put in so I have to say they do great work and the work they do is excellent and lasts for many years. I would recommend them because of their outstanding customer service and the great work they do.
