I selected this company based on its inclusion in the Best Picks publication and Yelp reviews. After troubleshooting issues , we determined needed to replace the opener and Giza, the technician, was here in about thirty minutes. Installation of the new opener went smoothly, and we have\nA fully functioning garage door once again. Gina was very patient in explaining how it works, maintenance, and how to get everything set up including the app for my phone.

Time will tell now. Hopefully it's running another 15 years from now.
