Called and made a appointment tech was to arrive between 10-11am. 10:30 I called office to double check time . Tech was running late be after 1 now. 1 came and went 2- 3pm. Called the office asked when would they be coming? they but me on hold for 12 mins. Person on phone comes back being rude they’ll be there!! I ask what time is that?They repeated they’ll be there !! and then hangs up on me4 , 5 waited till 5:30. No one ever showed up I I never got a call back to rebook or anything horrible customer service.Update: one month after this post the owner got a hold of me. Apologize for what happened . Had crew out replacement the seals around garage door and didn’t bill me for my inconvenience. 3 of 5 stars rating now
I used Superior Doors to replace a broken spring in June 2025 and it was done well. Then recently we discovered that the tracks seemed off on our doors. They came first thing in the morning, fixed the door we were concerned about and then pointed out that another garage door was going to have a similar problem and fixed that too. They were so honest and didn’t take advantage of a home owner in need. I will be replacing my garage doors in the near future and will be giving my business to Superior Doors.
Excellent service. Called spoke to Ryan in office. Ryan tried to solve problem over phone for us, we required a tech to come, appt set for afternoon. Ryan called back one hour later to say tech would be coming in half an hour.Jordon arrived, explained everything regarding our issue. Serviced the door and also serviced our other door.From time of call to the company to job completed less than two hours.
We had Jordan come by on Sept 15th to replace our very old Garage door motor. He arrived early and was done in no time, very polite, and friendly.The whole process from making the appointment with the office to the service day was very easy.I'm not sure who I spoke to at the office but they were also great to deal with!Highly recommend Superior Doors!
