Woke up to a broken garage door so we called Precision Garage Door Service. The service guy (Daniel) came out the same day and replaced all the old parts. The door is working better than before. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable and fast. He had everything we needed and all done in a couple hours. We are completely satisfied!
My garage door needed A overhaul but not replacement so technician Henry Dabiri was kind enough to explain our options and we chose a total overhaul. Which was done in a little less than an hour. We are very happy with the service we received. We elected to go with the lifetime warranty option on parts and service. Now we have peace of mind and very grateful for Precision door service. Called to take advantage of the special check up to find out (for real) that my current opener was disintegrating. It was 23 years old. Working with our schedule we had a new state of the art garage opener in two days. Henry the company representative was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We only allow Precision Garage door to work on our door. For many years they have serviced our door and opener, never a problem. When we call they are very responsive. Precision Garage door has our highest recommendation.

Walked me tru the process and followed up as needed after estimate accepted.Service technician Eliseo Trillo who came to complete install presented him self well from arriving at the site introduced himself very respectful and professional.
