Received four quotes and decided to go with Cincinnati Door & Opener based on price (not the cheapest), availability (next day), and hope my phone call was handled. Jon called in the AM to give me my window, and received a text at the beginning of that window saying he was enroute. A little scruffy but super nice and did a great job! When the torsion spring breaks on your garage door it is always going to be when you need to get your car out of the garage. Never when it is convent. As a result you need service now, not days from now. This company responded to my call for help within two hours of my call. Not only were they timely, but also sent a very competent and friendly technician. Very happy with the service we received.
The replacement of our garage door was a long time coming. Installation was uneventful and the technician was personable and knowledgeable. The new door looks great and the opener no longer screams out in pain.
