Technicians here are amazing!!However, I was only given a ten minutes heads up when the tech was on his way. I understand service windows, duh, it’s 2026, but during that window, a little more than a ten minute heads up is needed, especially as a landlord. I can’t sit at one property for 3 hours but I am usually always 30 minutes away from any one property.A little understanding for your clients schedules would be nice since you are asking them to be available for three hours out of their day. That may be fine for people who sit around all day, but those of us out here making the world go round actually need a little cooperation to allow you to continue to sit around all day please.Sorry for the rant but a little more heads up would be nice. And again the technician was amazing.**EDITED AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE**Typical Corporate Response of Blaming the Customer and not taking any responsibility for their actions. Telling me jobs are close is not a reason to RUSH YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!It seems liberal justification has become normal stance among companies....its a shame....I miss good old AMERICAN customer service, not this hogwash, rude, uncaring responses companies give these days and then call it "professionalism"...pathetic...completely explains why the administration is a mess at this company, the poor techs...
Justin the installer was awesome !!He came in looked at it gave me a price and 2 hours later he was leaving my driver. Thank you for the excellent repair and saving me $$$$.
I called on a Saturday around 9am for a broken spring. Said they could be here between 10 & 1. Jr. Lance notified me he was on the way. He was very professional explained what he was going to do and gave me the price up front which I thought was very fair. He proceeded to fix the garage door and was done in a timely manner. Showed me what he did and the working door. He did a great job. Before noon everything was done and we had a working garage door. ?? recommend, thank you!
Justin did a great job , he was polite and friendly and explained everything to us . I would recommend him and Cincinnati door and windows
When we (eventually) got to installation, everything went really well.Getting there was a bit bumpy. The initial estimate was great. Then the installation date came and the tech who was to install our openers said he couldn't do it - there wasn't enough clearance (and that we needed new doors). So, another tech had to come out. Unfortunately he was late for our appointment and I couldn't wait for him - but he was able to access the property via the lockbox. I explained to him on the phone that I wouldn't be buying new garage doors, and that if I needed garage doors, I'd buy them from the company I worked for (who owns C.H.I. overhead doors) at a large discount. The 2nd tech was able to get in and look around and, as it turns out, we did have enough clearance and we didn't need new garage doors. So, in the end, the work was completed per the original estimate (albeit 10 days late). No new garage doors were needed or purchased. Not sure *exactly* what happened here, but it didn't leave me with warm and fuzzies.I'd like to point out that the 2nd tech did a great job with installation. No complaints with the work. Very well done.
