Garage Door Experts are exactly that. They came out the day after I made the call and the tech swapped out the springs and installed the new opener in under an hour and a half. Had new garage door installed. They had two openers, but only the Genie door for our residential needs, and the other was for heavier doors, so Genie was the option. We got two remotes for our vehicles, plus a wall switch for the interior and the exterior. The rep was fast in every way; fast talker, fast worker. He professionally answered every question we had, and did the work right then, at a reasonable price. Everything was done in a flash, as well!Overall, a great experience.
