The service tech Kevin O'hara was puntual and explained the process of Precision's service call practice, which was very helpful. We requested replacenent of the bottom door gasket and after his evaluation, we needed much more. He was very thorough and gave us 3 options. We decided on the Best option because the door is 31 years old, and still in good shape. He completed the repairs as promised and reviewed the work with us and the door works perfectly.We were very pleased with Kevin and Precision Garage Door and would recommend their services.

He called ahead to confirm the scheduled service window, then called again to let me know he was on the way—with an ETA right at the very start of the window, which I truly appreciated.Harvey took time to walk me through all of my options, explaining everything clearly and listening to what I felt comfortable with. His attention to detail and communication were outstanding. Although the installation ended up taking longer than expected, he didn’t rush or push it off to another day. Instead, he brought in another technician to ensure the job was completed that same visit.I’m extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done right.
