Consult followed up with me after a few weeks and was there for me during my product order. The installation crew communicated with me in advance of arrival, they were on time, the install was completed within the window provided and they left the garage in clean, orderly shape. The technician walked me through the changes and also answered my questions. A great experience for me and I highly recommend Precision Door.

I originally scheduled a general maintenance appointment, but during the inspection the technician, Sprice Riley, found that my springs were in really bad shape and likely would have failed soon. I really appreciated him catching that before it turned into an emergency.
Sprice was on time, professional, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and never pressured me — just honest recommendations and straightforward answers. The pricing was fair and exactly what I expected.
The door now runs smoother and quieter than before, and the whole visit was stress-free thanks to the excellent customer service.
Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Sprice Riley if you want reliable, honest work done right the first time!

The service technician Britton was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and did not try and upsell me. My garage door opener wasn't working and I called Precision at 10:26. They set up an appointment for me between 12-4. Doug called at 11:40 to tell me he was on his way. Upon his arrival at 11:58, he found that the left spring had snapped. This would be $378 to fix by itself. He made other, prudent recommendations, but I just had him fix the one. He respected the house and the vehicles in the garage and finished within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend Precision and would not hesitate to use the company or Doug for my next repair or upgrade.
