Precision Garage Door Service of Tarpon Springs

From sales consult to installation, my experience was stellar. No sales pressure, answered all my questions and provided product details. Consult followed up with me after a few weeks and was there for me during my product order. The installation crew communicated with me in advance of arrival, they were on time, the install was completed within the window provided and they left the garage in clean, orderly shape. The technician walked me through the changes and also answered my questions. A great experience for me and I highly recommend Precision Door.

They did a phenomenal job! I had a tech out to the house within an hour of me calling to schedule an appointment. I had my garage door fixed the same evening. Jackson was great. He even put my garage back the same way he found it. Friendly, professional, and just plain good at what he does. Kudos! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! I originally scheduled a general maintenance appointment, but during the inspection the technician, Sprice Riley, found that my springs were in really bad shape and likely would have failed soon. I really appreciated him catching that before it turned into an emergency. Sprice was on time, professional, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and never pressured me — just honest recommendations and straightforward answers. The pricing was fair and exactly what I expected. The door now runs smoother and quieter than before, and the whole visit was stress-free thanks to the excellent customer service. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Sprice Riley if you want reliable, honest work done right the first time!
