Our garage door spring broke the other night. It is now running better than before, thanks to Dan! They got us in last minute before the holiday season. He was very thorough and he was very transparent on what the best course of action would be. He got it done, cleaned up and was out in 45 minutes. Its nice to know where I can go initially have any issues w my garage doors
A++ Outstanding company and service. Our tech Dan was very knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and personable. I know nothing about garage doors and our current openers are decades old. The company could have easily sold me on expensive repairs if they wanted to. Instead Dan diagnosed small, inexpensive repairs. He got everything working again like it was brand new. The cost was very reasonable. Dan went above and beyond and programmed my new car to open the remotes. I wish every home repair went as well as this one did.
The team of Alert Door & Operator Co did an amazing job for me at a time of need! It started with the warm and friendly welcome I got from the receptionist that hear my issue of a broken spring, got me on the schedule same day and helped me get a call ahead of time as I was working. Then Dan was able to get a new spring on, recalibrated my opener and made sure everything was working in tip top shop. And the price was great too! The team there is so helpful and so kind I highly recommend them for any garage door needs!!
