The whole process was excellent starting from the scheduling. I called with an issue we were having with our garage door opener and we were scheduled the following morning with Paul. Paul was super informative and courteous, he gave us several options to choose from with our replacement. Paul replaced to opener same day and made sure I understood all of the features before leaving. Great customer service!
Tom just left my house after installing two new garage doors. The doors are great -- Tom explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions -- he left the site spotless and even finished a bit early! At the end of the project, he took time to examine every "little" detail and made a few final adjustments. I could not be more satisfied!A few weeks ago, when I knew I had to replace the old doors, I had three other repair companies come by and give me estimates. Every one of them seemed to be fly-by-night and somehow not reliable operations. But from start to finish, Precision has done everything just the way they ought. They are a FIVE-STAR OPERATION from beginning to end! I highly recommend them.
The worst thing that could happen to a person is too arrive home and the garage door open. The decision to reach out to a dependable company was top priority in our opener operating as expected. We’ve had Precision Doors install garage doors not only at home but on relative properties as well. I booked an online appointment and the technician was calling shortly thereafter to see if we were home, I told him within the half hour Paul arrived with a very polite, respectful and professional attitude. He explained how he would proceed with the replacement and gave me an estimate of how long the job should take. While Paul was diligently at work we had conversations about the products and how they’ve changed over the years. Today was a bit cold even in the attached garage but it didn’t stop him from being the professional that he is. I’ll recommend and continue to use Precision Doors for all of my garage door needs and I’ll always ask for Paul if he’s available. Prompt, efficient and reliable service!
