Mary Newhouse
Hello, my name is Mary Newhouse The service that I received was exceptional got my door fixed, but they kept the extra parts that I paid for and spoke with someone and they are supposed to credit me back for half of the parts that they used. Andrew Womack, The agent that came out was very friendly and very helpful. Just was not satisfied with how I was charged.
Patti
Jace Mayfield serviced my garage door that just went "bonk," ... seriously, I don't know all the technically appropriate words, but Jace explained so well that I completely grasped the operations and repairs needed to bring back up to working condition. For a company that has been operating since the 1980's this gave me confidence that anything that may happen in the future, they are there to repair :) Thanks, Jace
