Chris was a joy to work with getting our garage door repaired and back in working condition. He gave us 3 options on doing the repairs and cost on each. He is one of the most polite person I have ever met. He did a wonderful job fixing our door in a very timely manner. I found every step very professional. I was notified ahead when my service rep was going to arrive, including a photo and bio. He called 30 minutes ahead of time said he was stopping for gas and ask if he could pick me up anything...no one has ever done that. He gave me an arrival time and he was there exactly when he said. Very clean, respectful and when straight to work. He stopped periodically to discuss finding and made recommendations and gave me a price before any work was done. No hidden fees or charges. Ohmygoodness—we could not have asked for anything better!One of the garage door rollers fell off track, on one of all days, a windy Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to open or close it. Not only did this allow for leaves and rain to blow in, but this was also a critical security concern for our home.We placed an urgent call to Precision Garage Door Service.
